      Pros

      Upper management truly cares about their employees! They have worked hard to have a company that has benefits for their employees, and they make smart business decisions so the company is financially stable so they can stay in business and keep their employees employed. I work part time, and have some flexibility in my schedule.

      I really enjoy the work I am doing because I am directly associated with keeping our active military and National Guard members comfortable in this Hot, Muggy Louisiana Climate!

      Cons

      Waiting on parts to make diagnosed repairs is a bummer but that’s just how it goes here.
