Pros
- Most of the co-workers are nice people and can be friends with. - Health benefits are great. - Hybrid work (flexible time)
Cons
- No yearly increase in salary (only if the project hits the market) - Most of the projects are rushed and easily killed quickly - Limited human resource - Job role doesn't matter, you help other division if needed - Minimum one-on-one supervised by lead division for self improvement, they're to busy with other stuff - Junior can be let loose and let them figure them out by their self and not supervised enough
