helping families of kids with cancer, idealistic, good ppl, good benefits lots of responsibility, respected in philly area, good t-shirts, helping families and kids,
Cons
many employees leave after a year or less, changing goals, chaos, good intentions run amok. mgmt can be unpredictable. it's a family business basically with the expected pros and cons. open office=no privacy + tons of drama.
