Pros
- Good for students to get experience. - Free Pizza on Fridays (Subject to availability) - x 1 Hot drink per day - Some staff are nice
Cons
- HR Have no clue in how to effectively handle situations regarding safeguarding / conflict resolution / staff management. They contradict themselves and try to handle situations over the phone and not over email (no trace no case) basis. - No career progression. (unless a friend of certain managers) - When you raise a concern to HR they acknowledge it but don't act on it, which then the situation repeats itself. - Management in certain departments are unprofessional by allowing political views to hinder their ability to manage which causes them to have favorites. - Managers are not able to cover all areas of the business whereas certain staff members have to then do a managers job without pay whilst the manager does nothing. -A lot of politics between departments / little to no communication. -Cafeteria has mice due to catering department not managed effectively.
