      1) Highly performance-oriented company 2) Salary appraisal every 3 months 3) File patent applications on new ideas 4) visit/contribute to technical events 5) Loyal and supportive group of people 6) travel on occasion domestically and internationally 7) Significant ownership over your module 8) freedom to explore and experiment 9) Come into the office when you want, how you want 10) stock options

      Work-life balance prioritizes work a bit more.

      Pros

      Quit the moment you join alfatech. No salary,you hire at one you get another salary,poor management,Sometime you not even get that too.

      Cons

      Its not a company its a shop, not even registered.you hire as engineer but you works as labour. Driving by family.

      I was fresher from rural area, did not know anything properly, my English was also poor, but In Alfa Tech India I learnt everything like anything anywhere I would have done this very happy with this company

      Cons

      After completion of my project Company gave me good experience letter with best send off. I did not want to leave the company but for better prospects I went to MNC
