If you’re looking to join this company, don’t! I have never in my many years in the pharmaceutical industry had a company treat its employees worse. The new management team is all from Sanofi and they are running this company into the ground. Every quarter they change target lists to make it IMPOSSIBLE to hit R&F. They pay the sales force next to nothing. $6600 pay at 100% per quarter where on the portfolio side, performers in the top 10% did not even get a full bonus for the year because of the ridiculous goals that are set. NOBODY got a merit increase for 2018, even if they finished in the top, and managers are now micromanaging with integrity sales training that is a redundant waste of time since the majority of the sales force has prior pharma experience.
This is just the jist of it, if I were to delve into all the problems, this would be a never ending post.
I am writing this because there are a lot of sales openings and I hope to help anyone looking from making the worst career move of their life
