      Pros

      Company is quite big already, so we can't generalize. At the business unit TheBattery, initiative is encouraged and there's room for growth. The culture allows new people to learn and doesn't punish (small) mistakes. Management fosters that people support each other.

      Cons

      The fast growth and changing technology make work chaotic at times. Some decisions feel improvised and far from optimal.
