Training for 6 weeks then dismissed without any notice

When you think AHK is a good company to work for and give you time to learn the role and then dismiss you after 6 weeks due to probation? The probation was 6 months

Cons

Don’t give you a chance to prove yourself and a valid reason for dismissal. I was enjoying the job and tried my best and was given positive feedback and arrive to work and get told I have a meeting? Didn’t have any clue about this going on didn’t give me a chance. I’ve been told that they have done this previously also

The only way to progress in this company is if you are male or foreign. Males with less experience are given better opportunities than females. Staff are played off against each other. Managers have favourites, Although most office managers have experience in their field. They have zero management skills.
