Job security is a major concern with poor management

They will inform you one month prior to laying you off. They give options like 1 month full salary or two months half salary while at bench No one addresses your problems during at client site
Cons
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Algoleap has two major clients, Vialto and CBRE. The managers of these three companies seem to have close links with each other. CBRE and Vialto have stopped recruiting employees directly onto their payroll. Instead, they recruit through Algoleap allowing middlemen and management to profit from outsourcing while employees receive less job security and fewer benefits. I really don’t understand why they hire permanent employees even for work that lasts only six months and then ruin their lives. There is no job security. On top of that, managers treat you like a slave at the client site. I strongly suggest that you stay away from these companies. Don’t join them unless you have no other opportunities. you will not get opportunity to learn anything as well .You will regret it, and you will surely remember my words after joining.
