Pros

People are treated so miserably that any perks unfortunately don't make up for it.

Cons

Was treated really poorly at this place. They don't treat you like at human. Lots of indignities took place in a matter of months. It's the type of job where you will stay for a few weeks or a month or two.

ok work balance and the company is working in interesting areas

Cons

salary, shared ownership, and benefits is not comparable for a small company. more importantly management is sticking to a strategy that just is not working
