Pros
- Flexible hours to a certain extent (full time but can start/end two hours later)
- Truly 100% remote with no hidden obligations, you just have to get your optional equipment if you want, and you don't even have to do that.
- As long as you do your work you won't be micromanaged
Cons
- Your mouse if being tracked for movement to make sure you are doin some work
- The pay is very low, although I guess it's normal for this type of job
