      Very poor office management

      Only pro is the money

      Cons

      Only allowed 2 vacations per year, office will threaten you if you don't work 8+ months of the year, you will never feel like you are a human being. No support from office management whatsoever, numerous safety violations onboard vessels with the only goal in mind to save time and make money for the company.
