Pros
The Product Team environment is very supportive. The salary is also competitive. Flexible working hour as long as it's 9 hours a day (including 1 hour break). Lay-off rate is very low.
Cons
The management is still struggling, sometimes salary is paid late, currently there is no Finance Team because the team member just resigned (the resignation rate here is quite high). Free lunch is only provided every Friday (currently not available either). Transportation allowance is only provided if you're assigned in a night class, or if your class is outside the office (in-house corporate training). As an instructor, you may have to work on weekends to prepare your class material. There is no overtime bonus :)
