      They pay handsome salary as par market standards

      Cons

      1. Poor and incompetent middle management 2. Un reasonable expectations 3. Hire too many people and then later fire them 4. Uncertainty about everything (Office location in nearby future, work, administrative stuff etc) 5. Work culture is very bad and gloomy 6. Please dont join this company, if you value your mental peace

      Misrepresentation of work style - it is not agile Misrepresentation of company - not truthfully a technology company Autocratic, micro-management Cronyism - the CEO hires friends, relatives of stakeholders without adequate qualifications Dog-eat-dog scenarios Onboarding and legal requirements extend into confusion, left in the dark HR management style Location and offices are not ideal - gloomy, old-fashioned, ablutions are terrible!

      Poor management poor orientation No HR presence whatsoever Managers are hired randomly No clear communication is done to the staff Misleading managers In brief do not think of joining this company you will regret this decision trust me They fire and hire easily without any brief or clear explanation Unfair management
