Leadership is a disaster. Clients change product requirements on a weekly basis. Managers can’t plan projects and projects will always be delayed. The pay isn’t that great and senior management create a dreadful and toxic environment. Typical start-up drama and chaos are expected. There’s not much here for career advancement. They’ll probably close shop in a couple of years. Beware.
