Pros

May be good environment to work

Cons

It took a week for Interview, I came by applying leaves in my office, 3 rounds were taken, in 2 days. All was good, they had a sheet filled in which my qualification was there(entered by me), There were some spaces for the scores they enter for the test. For the 3 rounds in 2 days they entered the score. After that, They called me after 1 week for the final round, I was willing to give at that time or the next day, but they did not agreed to it. Last day, they took me waiting for atleast 1.5 hour. After that they again asked me to fill the same form which I filled the first time(means my score sheet was missing). In, Last round HR called me and interview took hardly for 5 minutes, no logical or other questions were asked, only theory concept(I answered). After 5 min HR said to leave for the day, I am not sortlisted. Since my score sheet was missing, Only 5 min theory concept which i answered(except for 1 or 2). This means it was just a formality. If one is coming for interview atleast tell that person that the position has been filled or if taking the interview(mainly the last round) take it properly. One who has came has done much of smart/hard work for that round.

Pros

Overlook most of the mistakes Opendoor culture Experienced employees from MNCs are paid well

Cons

Not at all good for freshers - they dont give any training, take your marksheet for 2 years without giving anything in written in return of training that never happens, moreover very low packages. 10k or 18k? Use bad tactics like blackmailing and forcing people especially freshers to work more than 12 hours in a day. Mannerless managers, all they do is force you to work. No structure at all in organisation anyone can be asked to do anything. Mismanagement of projects, managers do not know anything about project, just deadlines.

Pros

Flexible timings are there. Lunch is on house. Monthly birthday celebrations. Employees are good to work with(not people at Manager levels)

Cons

1.No process at all. 2.Employees being asked to do anything and everything. 3.They say Open Door Policy-but employees are hesitant to go and talk coz Managers don't listen . 4.WFH policy for employees is take permission before a day, fill in an excel sheet for the day activity etc etc.For Managers WFH is like anytime ,any day and any no. of times they wanna take , can just opt for it.HAVE SEEN MANY MANAGERS MISUSING THE SAME. The following review is about a Manager on 2nd floor(don't wanna name but then the HR team should very well understand who is it) 1.Does not consider the team mates as employees, rather mostly as people who report to him and are bonded slaves of him. 2.Improper project planning.Does not really know how to plan the project allocations. 3.Himself comes late in the afternoon and expects people to stay late in the night , and that is almost every day. 4.Cant have a fruitful discussion with him. 5.Sends Skype pings and messages like at 1,2 in the night and messages on personal numbers. 6.Informs the team of any changes/queries/requirement changes very late in the evening and expects the team to incorporate it right then.Which happens almost daily. 7.If there is a mistake /need help /error on his side will personally Skype the person and if it is reserves way ,he will make sure to send the message in the group. 8.Does not understand on how an appraisal meeting/process needs to be carried and done.Like unnecessary reducing the rating of employees and minimum 2 hrs for the meetings!!!!!
