The management here is very poor and indifferent to employees' rights. If you have an issue, you will have to fight it alone as no one, including direct management, will support you. There has been no bonus for over six years. The work environment is stressful, and you are expected to take on tasks outside your designated area. Managers prioritize their bonuses and rights, and if you bring up any concerns, they will deflect by talking about the company's poor situation. Additionally, the office conditions are substandard and unsuitable for humans. The management expects you to work without asking for your rights, like a slave.
