      Pros

      Ali and sons is a good employer, timely salaries, good location to work, qualified staff, Qualified higher management/owners.

      Cons

      Corporate politics by Indian Malabari groups in Ali and Sons motors finance department and other than Malbari have very less chances to grow in the department because of Malbari group majority, Arabic people influence is also a factor of partiality.

      They have great brands under their portfolio.

      Cons

      No clarity on bonus structure. No opportunities for growth. I haven’t seen anyone being promoted. Extremely bureaucratic. Very political and old fashion style of management. At the automotive brand that I worked, there wasn’t a strong manager leading the brand forward. There was only politics and doing the same things over again that worked 20 years ago Low salaries, they attract people with the automotive brands they have. The office is old and there is no desire to improve the employee well being. Even the printers are cheap. HR isn’t there to support you, for example they holder the passport of the junior position and also asked for Then to sign a document that if they didn’t return from holidays money would be deducted from the salary.
