Pros
AliMed has the potential to be a good company. The company has interesting products and is small enough to make changes that benefit customers.
Cons
There is a huge disconnect with customers at every level in the organization. There is not enough staff to answer the phone and no one seems interested in fixing issues. Customers are frustrated and complaining and people are quitting. There was a recent layoff and now the same positions are posted online which doesn't seem to make sense. Management isn't involved in the day-to-day and never available to help and you can't even find them. The same things happen over and over again, people quit, new people are hired and the whole cycle starts over again. AliMed was a pretty good place to work a few years ago-now it is a chaotic mess. People seem to be taking advantage of the terrible leadership and it's sad to see.
