Great place to work if you want to dive into the gaming industry

Pros
Friendships are very important part of the job, I have a long lasting friendships and mentorships from all of the people I met there. Remote work culture and offsides are very great, you can learn from all of the people for the different aspects of the game development such as how to monetize a game, how the game art is created etc. There is always someone when you need help which is pretty awesome. Also they have a very cool gifts and slacks which I loved when I worked there. Lot of opportunities after working there because they are very well known in the industry.
Cons
Too much work for everyone, everyone's plate was always full when I worked there, unequal pay for the higher titles related to new comers and some mandatory business calls take too much time which I didn't liked.
