Unless you are a Care Advocate, don't expect to get any direction or guidance on your role. If working in the office expect to hear the owner on the phone yelling at staff or other companies that irate them. Expect to be told you aren't needed and they don't have time to show you anything. Expect to be thrown under the bus by management and the owner after working there for a week.

Clients think they are getting a service - but can get same by logging on to insurance site. Ask for a Dr? They send you the same list from website. Ask for pricing, they don't call the provider, just give you an "estimate from their extensive list". Owner will tell you take on additional responsibility with no pay increase and says "everyone needs to step up" It's because he can't keep employees as he under pays and bullies them.
