      Cons

      The salary is relatively low compared to the workload and responsibilities assigned. Payment is disbursed in multiple instalments within a month, which can be inconvenient. Overtime claims are only considered after 4 hours of extra work, which can feel restrictive given the demands of the job. The amount of work expected is disproportionate to the compensation provided.
