One of the worst management experience in Bangalore office.
The leadership talks a lot but rarely takes meaningful action. The work environment is extremely toxic and unwelcoming for new employees.
Before joining, they create huge expectations about learning opportunities and career growth. However, once you join, there is little to no support for learning even if you actively ask for guidance. There is no proper training provided, yet employees are expected to perform like experts from day one, even without understanding the company’s processes.
Many coworkers seem unwilling to help or share knowledge, possibly due to insecurity or jealousy. Access to learning resources and opportunities is often restricted instead of encouraged.
Whenever employees approach leaders with questions, doubts, or ideas, they are repeatedly redirected to the same unhelpful person rather than receiving proper support from management.
Some employees even log in early just to gossip about others instead of focusing on work. The culture feels rigid, closed-minded, and resistant to anyone new joining the team.
Overall, the company lacks healthy leadership, collaboration, and a supportive learning environment
