- Nice Office. - Friendly colleagues. - 4 day working week. - All of the managers and directors are very nice and approachable. - Company is growing in the right direction so there is good scope for promotions. - Good introduction into the tech hospitality sector as Alkimii works with all major hotels and hotel groups in the country.
Cons
- Everything on the website / app is always breaking down. Customers complain about this and the tech team is so slow to fix these issues. - The worst induction training and mentoring I have ever experienced. - Job is advertised and explained in the interview to be a customer success role and it is actually 100% a customer service role. Felt more like a helpline position. Only deal with customer complaints and never actually upselling or setting up meetings with existing partners like you would in a normal customer success role. - The website and app are completely over complicated. The tech used on the website looks like something from the 90s.
