I have no pros for this company.
Cons
I have never complained about my workplace or job in my entire working career. However, I have never worked for a company who gives you a raise and for 3 pay periods after does not include your increased amount. HR is terrible and does not respond to emails in a timely manner. I would never recommend anyone work here. The environment is very dry and old. No energy in this office.

Pay was fair to start...but being the only one managing a program is not doable in the long run...too many damn hours.
Cons
As an knowledgeable & experienced underwriter, All Risks seems to provide a high school pep rally kind of culture & atmosphere...not my cup pf tea. Too many college trainees that know nothing about insurance. Wants 25% growth month in and month out...no realism.
