Pros

The training program is difficult for some, but fair to those who are willing to put in the work. With that being said, the main reason I am rating this company so high is mainly due to the hard working individuals that keep this company running. Sam P. and Sunie B. in particular, are two outstanding individuals that work extremely hard and deserve additional recognition.

Cons

There are not as many opportunities to share feedback about the potential areas we work as I would like. This sometimes leads to unrealistic expectations for our output and adds pressure to situations that are already stressful. You need to be an incredibly resilient individual to thrive here, and you must be ready to work in harsh weather conditions.

Pros

Fairly dynamic work environment, occasional perks.

Cons

Management is irresponsible, self centered, pushy, and unrealistically minded. The call center needs some up dating and some windows, the scripting and marketing is aggressive and sneaky. Using a bate and switch tactic is deceitful and wrong. They only target those people who have lower incomes with the bate and switch, and then smooth talk and some what aggressively sell to home owners that just cannot afford the product. Additionally, the compensation and budget for the departments is extremely unbalanced and extremely backwards. The call center gets blamed for the salesmen not selling because they are writing bad leads, but the salesmen do not seem to ever blame themselves. It is tough to be motivated when pretty much no matter what, the lead generation teams always get blamed for the issues, have the lowest budget, and get the short end of the stick.
