Pros

Fairly dynamic work environment, occasional perks.

Cons

Management is irresponsible, self centered, pushy, and unrealistically minded. The call center needs some up dating and some windows, the scripting and marketing is aggressive and sneaky. Using a bate and switch tactic is deceitful and wrong. They only target those people who have lower incomes with the bate and switch, and then smooth talk and some what aggressively sell to home owners that just cannot afford the product. Additionally, the compensation and budget for the departments is extremely unbalanced and extremely backwards. The call center gets blamed for the salesmen not selling because they are writing bad leads, but the salesmen do not seem to ever blame themselves. It is tough to be motivated when pretty much no matter what, the lead generation teams always get blamed for the issues, have the lowest budget, and get the short end of the stick.

Pros

Pay isnt bad but they dont give you much in the way for hours.

Cons

Cult like mentality, company event special guest was a preacher that brought up crazy ideas like your brain is a super computer that can change the world around you through positive attitude. Then said you shouldnt listen to music because "the record companies are evil and cast spells over the music to make you spread evil". The company itself puts on a nice face with lots of enthusiasm and "were a family" but they also have the super toxic attitude of "there are no excuses, own when things dont go your way and figure out how to improve it". The marketing position also gets harassed and belittled out in the field. They try to say its uncommon but it happens a lot.
