      The owner is a psychotic, abusive, vulgar blowhard with little man syndrome. Lots of underhanded/illegal doings. Constant yelling/cursing/abuse.

      It's in a nice area.

      Cons

      There is no upper management support what so ever and it is an extremely hostile environment. You cannot succeed at your job because you are constantly being belittled instead of helped. You could be the best employee they have, but they won't notice. Everyone is replaceable.
