There has been an unfortunate string of serial job hoppers who have come and gone through this company. They lack experience, think they know better than everyone else, aren't willing to listen or learn. When they are terminated or quit, they cause as much turmoil for the company as possible which not only shows their true colours but also negatively effects remaining employees. Having these types of people come through any organization is a real downer which can and does affect moral. Hopefully as the company grows there will be less of these types of people.

This company does not pay their employees. Cheques bounce every pay period and they will tell you they will issue a replacement cheque on one date, then you have a wait a few more days. The cheques are always incorrect. They have no product available for their customers, because suppliers will not deal with them due to not getting paid. This company is ready to close. They have so much debt. No communication from management to employees and no communication from management to customers. Customers wait extremely long for projects to be finished and management does not contact the customer to keep them updated. Many complaints! No professional at all! Avoid like the plague!
