Pros
It took me a bit to get the hang of the sales pitch. But you know what? I really enjoy it now. The best part was when I helped my first client get their claim paid out. They were so thankful for the money we sent their way, and it felt pretty darn good, I won't lie! Feels good to sell something useful.
Cons
Memorizing the sales script was hard for me and I still struggle sometimes when people ask a new question or have an objection I wasn't ready for but it got way better and my trainer really helped.

Very supportive culture that wants to see you at the top. Very detailed training. Performance based pay. Great work/life balance.
Cons
Making your own schedule (can be great but you must be disciplined)
