Pros

Work from home that’s about it. Kingdom leaders were great. These ladies have great experience and qualities. Shame some of the team leaders do not.

Cons

Very clicky. Everyone is someone’s friend, daughter, sister in law or babysitter. This allows team leads to be extremely unprofessional without accountability. You will be in the dark if you aren’t part of the click. They will also ice you out if you aren’t a direct referral. New sales agents are just used to build accounts that are passed to team leads who make minimal calls for sales. Certain team leads chastise and try to control your personal life, it’s like living with your chastising judgemental mother in law who cries to the rest of the family so they hate you too.

Pros

Work from home. Great peers. Good tech support when needed. Building a long term customer base is rewarding. Salary and other compensation has been good in past years.

Cons

The company compensation package isn’t what the claim it to be. Sales bonuses are based on what is shipped. Sales reps have no control over what ships. A very toxic environment, if ever you try to address issues you are torn down and belittled. Daily told you are not good enough. No rhyme or reason to how goals are set. Employees are expected to work more than 8 hours a day and accused of lying about time worked when they clock out after 8 hours.
