Pros
Everything if you like working every weekend earning $9.00 with no benefits, using your personal vehicle and pushing product no one wants. May be preferable to a minimum wage factory job. Not terrible for an 18 yr old looking for their first job in sales.
Cons
Everything beginning with accepting interviews based on misleading compensation information. It is a crappy realization to find you wasted DAYS believing you are applying for a Management position and finding they are cycling flunky sales labor RAPIDLY through the doors. Being told to dress "business professional" and showing up to see the "Managers" are children in dirty, wrinkled old cloths. Listening to one of the above described try to sell you on commission potential by whipping out numbers on paper that make zero sense to any but the most naive.
