You are on your own 95% of the time. Management lets you set your own schedule and route.

They just lost their contract with Save A Lot so I will be out of a job soon.

Most Passionate People I have ever had the pleasure to work for at a company, these people carried a ton but their customer, their vendors and their people, good pay, good benefits and a good work environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, Alliance wasn't able to secure a contract with Save A Lot to continue their service at Save A Lot Corporate or Licensee Stores. All their hard work in building a solid merchandising team, poof, gone in a blink of an eye.
