Cons

They just lost their contract with Save A Lot so I will be out of a job soon.

Pros

The benefits/ insurance are top notch, you get plenty of time off, and being an ESOP is really nice. The starting salary is $35,000 for TMRs in the field.

Cons

Calling only on Save A Lot, you are often times in some of the worst parts of a city/ town. Save A Lot stores are owned by licensee owners in about 75% of all locations. Management seems to forget that they set goals and objectives based on the St Louis corporate stores - which are all perfect. The company seems to have forgotten about its commitment to work/ life balance, especially if your territory requires much over night travel. Upper management seems lost when it comes to day to day activities as they have a perception and no matter how many times they observe the opposite, their beliefs do not change. Very minimal opportunity for advancement.
