      good location for commuting every day. air conditioned and electricity works

      Cons

      horrible management Always criticizing. Bad mouths employees, previous employees, spouses and customers. I'd rather be unemployed than work here

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

      Pros

      They pay for your health insurance. That's it.

      Cons

      This is a family owned company so they get away with treating and speaking to their employees poorly. The owner (who is the co-owner’s husband) is not a good person. When he is in the office he will talk down and curse at you and flip you the bird. It is an extremely uncomfortable work environment. The co-owner (the wife) will literally scream at you and over the littlest things. She is the worst boss I have ever had. Also the job you are hired to do will constantly change. My offer letter said to make 75 calls a day but you will be constantly pulled into other projects so making your numbers is extremely difficult. There is so much employee turnover at this company as a result of the way the owners treat their employees. I truly believe this company will not last. The company has been going down the drain since their old partner passed away. The misery you will go through is not worth the money. If you have another opportunity do yourself a favor and take it!

The co-owner's late husband would have valued your opinions and feedback too, he was loved by many and this comes as a shock to hear this was your experience, as this would've been a first complaint we would've received. Alliance Labs strives to have a complete open door policy when it comes to leaning all kinds of feedback from our employees. We are truly sorry you did not take advantage of that policy and bring these matters to your supervisor or the HR manager. We wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.

      Unfortunately, there were no pros to working here.

      Cons

      This is a family owned and operated company that treat their employees badly. There is no HR and there were constant changes to contracts that employees signed when hired. Management was hostile and the environment was extremely negative. I would stay far away from this company. They honestly do not know how to run a business or treat their employees.

It is, however, very unfortunate you did not see any pros, but only cons, while working for our company. We do recognize that we are not a perfect fit for everyone, however, we strive to provide a company that our employees will feel rewarded and appreciated, so it is a bit of a shock to read you felt there were no pros to speak of.
