Pros
When a client is unhappy, that is the only time when you temporarily receive all the support needed to properly deliver the service product to the client.
Cons
Upper and mid-level corporate tram is the worst I have ever seen, and I've been with 4 different corporates over a 13 years span. Consistently adding "tools" and procedures that has the only desired effect of micromanaging the junior employees and junior corporate staff. Daily tedious training videos from all entry-level positions sent all the way to the President of the company.

Managers were very involved and helped with any issues you had.

Site leader was very power hungry and didn't care about anyone but himself.
