Pros

This company is very family based. It’s the only company I’ve worked for where the owner of the company is involved as just as much as your sales porters. My story goes like this. I moved from Brandon, Mississippi to Phoenix Arizona Jan 20th of 22. After working very briefly at a grocery store. I decided to look for another job. I stumbled upon a car wash position for Alliance Service group. I applied & met with Hector Montanez & accepted the car wash position. From day 1 hector put his faith in me & stood by me & promised me that I would have a bright future with the company. Not even after 3 weeks I was promoted with a very good raise to a site supervisor, not even three weeks later I then accepted a position at another one of the locations to be the Sales/Shop/Service Porter Manager. It was the first time I’ve ever been offered a salary contract & an opportunity to be a boss. Hector properly trained me, showed me the ropes, & not only made me a manager but made me a better man. The skills that I learned while working with the company are skills that I will use for the remainder of my working career. I then took the detail manager position which again I was granted a significant raise. & had the privilege to work under Freddy Maza. Freddy taught me how to run number, be efficient, set goals & hit those goals. I now can do full auto details on the side. Long story short this company is a family, I was treated like a family member from day 1. I started with 13.00 a hour & ended with a 55k a year salary contract. The potential for opportunity is there. If I didn’t move back to Mississippi, I would of retired with the company. 10/10 experience & hope that one day we may be able to work together again.

Cons

It was just hot in Arizona! Lol!

Pros

When a client is unhappy, that is the only time when you temporarily receive all the support needed to properly deliver the service product to the client.

Cons

Upper and mid-level corporate tram is the worst I have ever seen, and I've been with 4 different corporates over a 13 years span. Consistently adding "tools" and procedures that has the only desired effect of micromanaging the junior employees and junior corporate staff. Daily tedious training videos from all entry-level positions sent all the way to the President of the company.
