Overall Not good quality Academic Students so quality of placemrnts is tough to maintain. 2) Unstabiity & delayed salaries due to arrest of Chancellor in Criminal case & later due to Covid Crisis.

Campus is really very beautiful.

Cons

Way too much politics in the university and in the department. Employees with tenure more than 2 years are very entitled and would make sure their newly joined colleagues fails in every task and leave. You wouldn't even receive any guidance from your manager, as they are always ready to sabotage your every move.

Work environment is extremely toxic with no room for any communication. Power struggle within the owners family reflects on everything that goes on here. They have no vision, no values no ethics AT ALL and want to compete with other universities! This place is the most toxic, horrible place I have every worked in. Wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy. Better to sit at home and be jobless than work here and be humiliated because the leadership team is so pathetic and entrenched in politics and power struggles. Would give minus ratings if there was an option.
