Toxic and horrible work culture - Assistant Manager Alliance University Employee Review

Work environment is extremely toxic with no room for any communication. Power struggle within the owners family reflects on everything that goes on here. They have no vision, no values no ethics AT ALL and want to compete with other universities! This place is the most toxic, horrible place I have every worked in. Wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy. Better to sit at home and be jobless than work here and be humiliated because the leadership team is so pathetic and entrenched in politics and power struggles. Would give minus ratings if there was an option.
