      Needs improvement and no growth

      Pros

      A great pool of talented people and a company with great potential.

      Cons

      Management is not consistent and changes directions every month. Key people and contributors leave and there is not path to growth. Managers drive results through a culture of fear - and this culture starts at the top.

      Just plain bad....horrific management team

      Pros

      Only consider working here if you have absolutely no other offers, but keep looking for a job once you get there because you will be scratching and clawing to get out after a week......or they will terminate you as they continually shuffle the employee deck.

      Cons

      The ABI Research management team is clownish, untrustworthy and low quality. They really just don't know what they are doing in terms of the research process and how to grow a business.
