Pros

Sadly, there are no pros to be noted other than the clients you work with.

Cons

There is zero flexibility and autonomy. Micromanagement is very high. It is structured so that it is nearly impossible to get any leave. Every minute that you are on site is billable. There is no time to read emails or for any professional development. There is no teamwork, supervision, very limited support and you are not a valued member of the team. The interview is very misleading and reality hits when the incredibly rushed on boarding starts. You will be overloaded with information and then thrown in the deep end despite the verbal reassurances.

Horrible Toxic Workplace

Pros

Some staff were very good to get along with and laid back.

Cons

In the role I was in, I had been doing the work of at least 3 different people all at once. This wasn’t a one off thing either. For the whole duration of my employment I was severely over worked and under payed. They had paid me and my coworkers significantly less than the standard of that type of work. They used my age and naĂ¯veness against me and to manipulate me into genuinely the worst workspace I have ever been in. My mental health deteriorated so quickly and I really hated my time there. I could go on for hours about this.
