Pros

Supportive work environment with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. The company promotes from within whenever possible and provides the resources needed to succeed. Supportive leadership and coworkers create a family-like culture that makes coming to work enjoyable.

Cons

The only downside is they like feeding us and I've definitely gained a little weight! 😀

Allied is a family oriented business that strives on team work. They have a 6 to 8 week training program. They have annual raises and getting promoted is easy if you are doing well.
