Allied is a family oriented business that strives on team work. They have a 6 to 8 week training program. They have annual raises and getting promoted is easy if you are doing well.

I have nothing bad to say.

I love the people I work with. I have been here since October 2025 and have gotten two promotions all within the span of 2 months (6 months in)! You have to love what you do in this industry. Doors are always opening here and as we continue to grow, more and more opportunities are opening up. I also got two $750 referral bonuses for getting my two sisters jobs here!

The hallways are kind of long, so its a decent walk to the bathroom. I'm hoping as we grown we will be able to work our way into our own building.
