Pros

It is a job if you need a job. Equipment is high-quality, and some opportunities exist for people who work directly with the print equipment.

Cons

Poor pay, poor management, nepotism runs rampant, no money for equipment, but always money to buy ads on a zamboni.

Pros

This company is so inept you wont waste much time settling in... you'll know it's a bad idea the first week you start

Cons

everything about this company is garbage. it's run by a 30-something jet-setter who doesn't know anything about his business' technology or the industry itself. John inherited the company after his father died and is now run by a few of his father's ancient henchmen that still operation with a 1960's era mindset. This organization is an abortion. Avoid it at all costs.
