Sorry to hear that your perspective as a former employee was as bad as you have outlined. You are correct that we are growing at a very fast pace in an industry that is impacted positively and at times negatively by economic changes. These changes can result in workload changes that all businesses work to address as smoothly and quickly as possible. As to work from home/office we, like many other companies, brought workers back into the office. All our new hires within the last year are fully aware when they apply that the position is in the office and not remote. All corporate team members were made aware of this change with several weeks’ notice that full-time work from home was ending. Again, with the growth, we tripled our office space at a new location with an open floor plan and more in line with our open-door policy as well as our goal to improve cross-department interaction, making it easier for our team members to address challenges. Keeping our employees at the core, this area with large window views of the city focusses on celebrating milestone events, birthdays, special occasions, fun theme parties along with new fitness center and 3 commercial refrigerators stocked with beverages and a self-service snack area. Again, keeping our employees at the core, we also offer lounge areas for them to chill out when needed. Additionally, all employees are aware that our normal corporate working time is M-F 8am to 5pm, with reasonable accommodation made to handle personal challenges with family that require flexible start and end times. We value our employees’ work life balance. This holiday work you mention was a onetime unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance of the business being impacted by a technical issue that was out of our control. Thankfully, our caring and dedicated team members responded to the call and went above and beyond to provide the support at their own pace and time over the holiday, and were compensated accordingly. It is through the strength of our team and the willingness to help that we weathered this challenge and minimized the impact to our customers. While we don’t believe the ship is sinking (we may need a bigger ship to support our continued growth), we wish you smooth sailing and much success in your future endeavors!

Pros

They make wonderful promises of promotions and more money.

Cons

They continue to fire people based of of gender, rarely hire African Americans, and will fire you once they are done using you in their company. This company has fired woman based on their gender as well as myself.

We are very sorry you had a bad experience working with us. As a minority owned business, we take these sort of allegations very seriously. We have many minorities and women in well-paid career track positions. While we strive to create a great working environment, we know that we can't make everyone happy. We do not tolerate racism in our ranks and we encourage every employee to report illegal and unwanted harassment.
