      You have the best manager who helps you to understand the plant operations. Have the freedom to come up with strategies to implement process improvement projects.

      There is nothin I would say that are negatives about my role

      No micromanagement Manager is upfront and trustworthy

      Cons

      Benefits were expensive. They made improvements over their last provider, but it is a big chunk of pay

      Friendly environment, great work/life balance, competitive pay and benefits, free coffee and snacks, and business casual dress code.

      Cons

      PTO package - but this can be negotiated!
