We take all cases seriously, and will like to manage the issues in the fairest way possible.
As with all companies, there are many facets to which can be improved upon. To some, the environment may be challenging, and the demands are high, as the company wants to continually push the envelope. We do practice performance-based compensation, which would see higher performers getting remunerated appropriately. Therefore, there should be some discernment between your assertion of nepotism against rewarding people that take care of the company’s interest. Nonetheless, please communicate with us, as we will like to understand you and the situation better. We will be happy to address and discuss your concerns with you as best as we could.

We have no knowledge of the specific order that you have raised, and therefore we are unable to comment further. In many business decisions, there are bound to be different viewpoints. We categorically refute the claims made on providing our clients with substandard goods as we are bound by product warranties and quality control measures.
With regards to your statement about our management personnel fraternizing with other colleagues, we would not dignify that comment with any other statement apart from it being slanderous and uncalled for.
