Low salary , compared to ALL the competitor in Lugano. they totally work as a body rental company, renting your competencies and your time to the only client they have in Lugano. The contract you have to sign is ABSURD: you cannot leave the company , if you want to move to another company you have to pay a whole year salary. Absolutely no culture in the company, 0 management, 0 dialogue. If you are willing to move to Lugano there is plenty of way better alternatives. You have to refund the company for all the courses they made for you. No pay for illness. Never again in my life.
