      1. Chances to show your work to director/head level 2. room for individual growth 3. Adequate salary

      1. just little investment in people 2. won't get bonuses if there is no policy from regulator 3. still craving for profit so don't expect too much. Especially if your team doesn't give direct impact to company profit 4. No career growth

      It has a cool looking office space, lots of greenery, warm lights, Staff and security are so helpful. Atmosphere are quite okay. Lots of opportunity the learn or even the HR are so helpful to for example taking a class or a course.

      Cons

      It's too packed, crowded, not enough spaces,table or chairs, water gallons are another issues at the pantry,
