Interesting asset and program with great promise for patients. Comp and Benefits are generous, for regular working hours. Some smart and nice people with interesting backgrounds.
Cons
TOXIC workplace: much of senior leadership is unfeeling, good middle mgmt is overburdened. There is a lot of arrogance and silos, some legacy employees create divisiveness due to insecurity. Poor communication, sloppy decisions and breakneck speed without proper thought are spun as agility. Constantly high expectations and levels of stress causes toxic behavior d2d. Turnover for women is particularly high. Respect is too often low. HR is completely ineffectual - starting from scratch and trying to teach what should be basics to many experienced professionals (E.g. town hall / CEO advice on how to manage meetings?!)
